Book Journal check

I just finished reading Hawksong, my 19th Lone Star book. It is a excellent book by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes.

Setting: In a fantasy world where Avians (people who can turn into birds) and the Serpiente(people who ca turn into snakes. The book never mentions the time but I would think that it is in the past because they use Bow and Arrows to fight.

Summary: This book is about the leaders of warring races wanting to make peace by marrying each other, and eventually they succeed

Vocab words:
Garnet- a dark to very dark red I've started using this word instead of dark red
Sweltering - extremely hot I've started using this word to describe Texas
Coronation - the act of crowning a sovereign I've seen this word a lot in other book and now I know its meaning
Disseminate - spread, as in spread information I've started using this word instead of spread
Paraphrase - a restatement of a passage to clarify its meaning I now know what this word

External Conflict: One example of external conflict is when the Avian and Serpiente armies fight

Internal Conflict: One example oF internal conflict is when Danica decides whether or not she should trust Zane Cobriana.

I think this is an excellent book, as are most of the other Lone Star books and everyone should read it.
